Replacement Policy

At Orange Ortho Care, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality  footwear. However, if you receive a product that does not fit or has a defect, we offer a replacement policy under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Replacement
  • The replacement request must be raised within 5 days of product delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
  • The request should be accompanied by images of the product showing the issue.
  • A product unboxing video must be provided as proof of receiving a defective or incorrect product.

 

Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement:
  1. Used products
  2. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, labels, or price tags.
  3. Requests made outside the allowed replacement time period.
 Replacement Process:

To request a replacement, contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details, issue description, and product unboxing video.

Our team will review the request and, if approved, initiate a pickup of the defective or incorrect product.

Upon successful inspection, we will dispatch the replacement product within 5-7 business days.

Additional Shipping Charges: For any replacement product, an additional shipping charge will be applicable.
